Take a break from your busy day and learn powerful tools to manage stress better in everyday life with Youreka Coaching’s 12 weeks Your Breathe Works programme. During this programme you’ll be given the time and space to relax, and you’ll learn how to change your ways of managing stressors in your life. This is the perfect opportunity to take a moment for yourself and gain the skills you need to feel balanced in the long run. Dates | 1st October - 21st December Times | Tue 8pm, Wed 7am, Thu 7am (all UK time) * all sessions are recoded. If you missed one, you will have access to it later. Comprehensive curriculum Covering everything from breath awareness to advanced techniques, the 12-weeks virtual Breathe Works Programme is designed to deepen your practice over time. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you'll find material that challenges and inspires you to grow. Virtual & Live Programme Breathe Works is fully online which allows you to participate from anywhere in the world. Whether you have a busy schedule, a physical disability, or limited access to transportation, you can join live sessions and watch back recordings. These sessions offer the opportunity to ask questions, get feedback on your practice, and connect with other participants. Being part of a community of like-minded individuals can be a powerful motivator for continuing your practice. Extra Support Monthly drop-in sessions can help you navigate any challenges or obstacles that arise during the Breathe Works programme. In addition, you'll have unlimited access to one-on-one support via email supporting you to tailor Breathe Works to your specific needs and goals.
