Breathe Works is fully online which allows you to participate from anywhere in the world. Whether you have a busy schedule, a physical disability, or limited access to transportation, you can join live sessions and watch back recordings.
Interactive resources allow you to deepen your understanding of breathwork. From instructional videos to guided meditations, visualizations, and journaling prompts, you'll have access to a wide range of resources that support your practice. These resources can help you integrate Breathe Works into your daily life and cultivate a lasting practice.
Weekly live sessions with a certified breathwork instructor provide personalised guidance and support. These sessions offer the opportunity to ask questions, get feedback on your practice, and connect with other participants. Monthly drop-in sessions can help you navigate any challenges or obstacles that arise during the Breathe Works programme. In addition, you'll have unlimited access to one-on-one support via email supporting you to tailor Breathe Works to your specific needs and goals.
All sessions are led by experienced instructors who will guide you through breathing exercises designed to promote relaxation and calmness.
