Each session includes a combination of breathwork exercises, habit coaching, and an open discussion.
You will also receive personalised support and guidance from your coach throughout the programme.

Gain back control in your life through unleashing the profound potential of your breath. This immersive 8 week breathwork is designed to awaken your inner calm, revitalise your energy, and empower you to create lasting transformation.
You will build a deep awareness of your breath. We will look at your habits and find ways how you can feel relaxed through the implemention of short breathing practises.
A short breathwork recording will guide you through the week.
A good night sleep is crucial for your mental and physical health! Therefore you will learn practises on how to get deep and rejuvenating sleep.

Return to Calm
With continues practise, you will find they breath to slow down. This week we will be looking closer how you can feel calm throughout stressful situations.
A calming recording will help you to relax, even in stressful situations.
Check-in & Habit Implementation
We are half way through. We will be looking at your habit implementation and review what has worked and what needs improvement.
With your implementation on a daily habit of breathing, we are able to go deeper. This is where the magic really happens.
A longer breathing practise will help you to build resiliance for life's challenges.
Focus & Energise
Breathwork is often associated with relaxation, but you breath can do so much more. You will learn how to find energy, focus, and flow, as well as to boost our stress resilience and immune response.
A short and snappy recording will help you to feel energised every day!
Grow your Positivity
Everything is possible, as long as you breathe! This week we are growing your ability to find solutions, even in dificult situations.

Setting up for Full Potential
You have come a long way! You have managed to feel in control of your life's stressors, all through your breath. Well done! This week we focus on your achievements and how you can continue your growth journey.
Who is this for?
This programme is for all the female and non-binary people out there who feel overwhelmed by stress. If you feel that everything is too much right now, then this programme is perfect for you!
How long are the sessions?
The first session will be 1h, to go deep and understand how we can shift your habits. After you will have 7 x 40min sessions.
Is the programme in person or online?
Both. Some people prefer online sessions while other like to meet in person. We will discuss this in our initial call before booking the programme.
In person sessions can be held in Hertford, Enfield or Hackney.
